Upstairs At Mc Govern's

I went to this place to meet friends before an event in St. Paul. It is well within walking distance of the Excel Arena. The covered and heated patio was really neat. It felt like it was outside yet nice and warm even on a cold snowy day. We got the nachos with turkey as well as their famous open face hot turkey sandwich. The portions are plentiful and both entrees were delicious. The turkey sandwich felt like it was Thanksgiving again with the bread, potatoes, turkey all smothered in a delicious white gravy.

Had brunch with family on the covered patio. Even though it was about 15 degrees outside it was plenty warm. The food was very good and the staff with very patient with our large group. We had a great time and will go again!

We were at Patrick's two weeks ago . I have always loved this place . But on this day we really didn't like the way an incident happened. The management was taking down Christmas stuff while there were customer sitting at table . As they took them down their were there women eating at one table and they stop at a certain point and not lifted the stuff over the women's heads or ours. But came back around and slung the Christmas stuff over our heads why we were eating . This really turned us off . That was not perfessional.

Wonderful service. I went there for drinks and decided to try the pork chops. It was the best ok chops I've had in a very long time. Their walleye sandwich is also wonderful.

Last week was our first time we went to this fine restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the generous service, with the fine cuisine and fine drinks and with the modest charge. We will absolutely come back in a short time.

Had a very good experience in here with my kids. The food was served quickly and the service is just great. Prices are affordable.

A unique Pub that is only a few blocks from the Excel Energy Center. I had the buffalo wings, which were not bad. The food is simple, but prepared well and the open air atrium is a nice change of pace from your usual restaurant atmosphere. I ordered an old fashioned and it was honestly pretty bad, so I would stay away from cocktails here and stick with your beer and wine.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and were seated immediately. The bartender was very friendly and prompt. The food is delicious and came out quickly. The sampler platter was delicious! Our bartender gave us a very generous pour of whiskey neat. Very relaxed atmosphere and a great place to take in a game. We will definitely be back!
